Does the surrogacy agency include:
  • Psychological screening of both the egg donor and gestational carrier (GC)?

  • Will both your egg donor and GC be fully tested for all communicable diseases?

  • Is your GC being provided good nutrition, proper hormones (mainly progesterone) and vitamins?

  • Will your baby be born in a public hospital?

  • Will your baby be born in a hospital that has a proper neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)?

  • Is your GC left to take public transportation to her appointments?

  • Is anyone from your agency attending the appointments with your egg donor and GC?

  • Does your price quote include sperm and embryo storage beyond the initial IVF?

  • Is your GC working a stressful job or is she paid to stop working?

  • Is your GC being seen by an obstetrician at least once per month?

  • Does your price quote include all legal documents needed to exit the country with your baby?

  • How many embryo transfers are included in your IVF package?

  • Does your IVF package include Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)?

  • Is anyone checking on/visiting your GC on a weekly, semi-monthly basis?

  • Is your GC provided extra money for maternity clothes?

  • How do you know the GC is fully paid in the end?
